Customer Service Lead

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service within the retail industry. Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
