Use a person-centered care approach in the development of care, and effectively prioritize patient needs that are both expected and unanticipated.Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with other health care professional and patients.Demonstrate competence and resourcefulness in the implementation of the technical skills required to care for the patient.
