Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales As the analytical backbone for the entire Sales organization, the Revenue Operations Analyst focuses on optimizing sales performance across new logo acquisition, expansion, and retention activities. This role drives sales efficiency by analyzing pipeline health, modeling sales productivity, managing territory data, and providing critical analytical support for sales forecasting and planning. Your Role Sales Performance & Pipeline Analysis: Analyze pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and stages to identify bottlenecks and optimize funnel health. Sales Productivity & Capacity: Analyze RSM/AE productivity, territory performance, time‑to‑close, and support resource modeling. Forecasting & Planning Support: Provide analytical support for weekly/monthly forecasting and annual planning cycles; build and maintain forecast models. Expansion & Retention Analysis: Analyze upsell, cross‑sell rates, NRR, churn signals for the installed base to support account management and Customer Success. CRM Data Integrity & Reporting: Act as data steward for key sales fields in Salesforce, ensuring clean and consistent data. Stakeholder Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards for real‑time visibility into sales performance. Data Storytelling & Communication: Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling presentations for executive, functional, and operational audiences. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations covering the full sales cycle. Strong functional knowledge of B2B Sales processes. Advanced experience reporting and modeling sales data within Salesforce (or equivalent CRM). Strong proficiency with data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, Domo, Looker).
