Fraud Investigation Specialist

Global Security Investigator Responsibilities: Conduct thorough, objective investigations into security incidents, including theft, fraud, misconduct, and policy violations. Gather, analyze, and manage evidence, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions or security enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, legal, IT) to address security concerns and implement preventive measures. Liaise with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies as needed. Monitor global security trends and intelligence to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. Develop strategies for incident prevention and response to enhance the organization’s security posture. Provide training and awareness programs on security issues and protocols. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information throughout the investigation process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related discipline. 4 years of investigation experience. Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) desirable. Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 20%). Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards. Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards related to security and investigations. Multilingual skills are an asset.
