We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting professional to support and contribute to the continued growth of our Accounting Department. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, collaboration, and providing world-class service to an expanding customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing contracts to ensure invoicing aligns with specific contract terms
• Preparing and generating accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
• Communicating billing issues and resolutions clearly, professionally, and promptly
• Analyzing and revising billing documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining compliance with internal controls related to billing processes

This position is based out of our Corporate Office in Reading, PA.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships with business partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with web-based applications preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to follow through on assignments to completion
