Emergency Medicine Physician

An opportunity is available for a Physician specializing in Emergency Medicine for a 181-day assignment in Missouri. This role involves comprehensive emergency care in an active Emergency Department, with a flexible schedule offering 6-12 shifts per month. Shifts are either 12 or 24 hours, covering various times including 7:00am-7:00pm, 7:00pm-7:00am, or extended durations. Practice Info Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only) EMR System: Epic LOA: 181 Days Staffing Mix: 4 RNs, 1 PA/NP, 2 Office Staff Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency medicine care to patients in the ED. Manage a high volume of patient encounters, averaging 42 per shift. Utilize support services including Anesthesia, Catheterization Lab, General Surgery, and Laboratory. Handle various cases within a 14-bed Emergency Department.
