For more information on why we are a great place to work, check out our video: Responsibilities: Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required) Strong communication and negotiation skills A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge Valid driver’s license and professional appearance Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Benefits: 401k Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Benefits Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
