FP&A Analyst

The firm is seeking a data-driven finance professional to support reporting, analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Financial & Business Analytics Analyst to help transform complex business data into actionable insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders. This role combines FP&A, business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement responsibilities in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Support financial reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using internal data and BI tools. Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to improve decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. Assist with process improvements, automation initiatives, and ad hoc projects. Prepare reporting packages and presentations for management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field. Strong SQL and Python skills required. Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization abilities.
