Mandatory Experience:

• Responsible for verifying informed consent prior to administering chemotherapy.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge of proper handling, administration, and disposal of hazardous drugs, and proper usage of PPE.
• Maintains a safe environment, complies with policies and procedures.
• Must be proficient in Epic EMR
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
