Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at NovaCare, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual sessions to understand patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

  • Implement therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting methodologies according to the unique preferences of each client.

  • Maintain detailed and precise clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other applicable standards to protect patient confidentiality and data security.

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in care coordination, ensuring that each aspect of treatment is cohesive and comprehensive.

  • Participate regularly in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve care quality and share insights with team members.

  • Offer education and resources to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health and available treatment options.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
