• Manage and coordinate patient care services in a home health setting.
• Lead and supervise a team of home care staff.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
