Cycle Counter
The Cycle Counter ensures inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, verifying shipment and transfer paperwork, and maintaining precise documentation of material flow within the warehouse.

Mesquite, TX 75149
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM with OT as needed
Pay Rate
$14
Duties
- Perform cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods; compare against bills of materials and pick lists.
- Audit receipts of goods and materials received through transfers and purchase orders.
- Identify and report discrepancies between physical counts and paperwork.
- Research inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Assist with material movements and support inventory count programs.
- Provide coverage in other areas during staff shortages, as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related inventory or warehouse experience.
- Strong math skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to interpret shipping documents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Work primarily in a warehouse environment, with occasional desk/computer work.
- Moderate walking and standing; light lifting required.
- Must follow all company safety policies and regulations.
