Patient Monitor - 36 hrs/wk - Midnights - River District

Job Title
Provides observation and surveillance of assigned patients. Responsibilities: Monitors patients by use of video monitors. Communicates and/or instructs patients by use of 2-way audio device. Notifies clinical staff of any changes in patient condition and/or safety risk level. Completes documentation of observations of patient activities, patient behaviors and other safety & comfort related issues.
Education/Experience Required:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
