Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic)

JobSiteCare is seeking a proactive Health & Wellness Specialist (On‑Site Medic) in Kenansville, FL. The role supports jobsite workers through injury prevention, on‑site medical care, and coordination with clinical teams, working independently in the field with the backing of a supportive clinical team. Location & Compensation Location: Kenansville, FL Pay: $23 per hour Schedule: Day shifts, Monday–Friday (10‑hour shifts); some flexibility required. About the Role Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction. Support comprehensive case management through patient follow‑ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination. Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on‑site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication. Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel. Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including "stretch and flex" programs and ergonomic coaching. Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Ensure the on‑site medical facility remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies. Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). BLS, CPR, First Aid certification required; EMT/NREMT preferred. 3–4 years of experience in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field. Strong communicator and team player; customer‑focused. Adaptable and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver's license; must be able to walk the jobsite for up to 5 hours daily and lift 25–50 pounds. Perks & Benefits $2,500 completion bonus (for non‑per diem).
