Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.The Cyber Pursuits team is seeking an Engineering Project Management lead on an ADP Program. The scope includes Control Account Manager and Proposal Lead for the Cyber portfolio.Responsibilities include:-Control Account Manager-Proposal Lead- Leading the execution and monthly Business Rhythm- Directly contributing to the Cost, Schedule and Technical health of ADP.-Help shape and implement Value Stream Team (VST) process on Proposals- Collaborate with an Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) Manager, including VAR work cells and Estimate to Complete monthly reviews- Engaging with Tech Leads, Line of Business and L-Codes to understand their needs and use cases- Helping to shape the strategy and vision for the Emerging Technologies DirectorateMust be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Final Top Secret security clearance.
