Assembler 1, General Compensation Pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k): With company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates Assembler 1, General Highlights Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (On-site in Sandy, UT) Interview: In-person interviews required Assembler 1, General Responsibilities Perform deboxing of parts to prepare them for inspection Visually inspect assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards Open boxes/products using small tools or machines and follow established procedures Load parts into an automated machine to be sorted Move bins/containers with manufactured parts Move pallets around the work area as needed to support inspection and production flow Assembler 1, General Requirements High school diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally lift/move up to 30 lbs Ability to push and move pallets using a pallet jack Able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods as required Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a team Assembler 1, General Preferred Qualifications Medical device manufacturing experience (preferred, not required) Detail-oriented with strong quality/inspection mindset Strong teamwork and work ethic; willing to rotate into different tasks as needed If you think this Assembler 1, General position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
