This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has experience identifying and attracting top talent for industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical positions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing, with experience supporting multiple hiring managers and priorities simultaneously. Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry is highly preferred.## What You'll DoAs a Recruiting Specialist, you will partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent solutions across a multi-state organization.### Key Responsibilities* Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions.* Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.* Create and manage recruiting campaigns, advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.* Utilize applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry resources to identify candidates.* Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define position requirements.* Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for consideration.* Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.* Prepare and extend employment offers.* Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health.* Support university recruiting efforts, internship programs, co-op programs, career fairs, and industry events.* Participate in cross-functional recruiting initiatives and process improvement efforts.* Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and employee information.## ## What We're Looking For### Required Qualifications* High School Diploma or equivalent.* Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.* Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions.* Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.* Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.* Ability to travel as needed.### ### Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.* PHR or SPHR certification.* Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) industry.* Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple states and business locations.* Experience recruiting engineers, designers, project professionals, skilled trades, or industrial construction talent.# Hargrove CultureWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
