Member Services Representative • Planet Fitness Job Summary Responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members into the system, process new member sign‑ups, and take prospective members on tours. Facilitate updates to member accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Customer service background preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Passion for fitness and health. Upbeat and positive attitude. Punctuality and reliability. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor. Strong listening and empathetic problem‑solving abilities. Diplomatic interaction skills. CPR certification required. High school diploma/GED required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift.
