Manufacturing Engineer

Overview Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The company is a leading global manufacturer specializing in heat exchangers with nearly a century of industry expertise. This is a growing team expanding into a new facility. The role is open due to company growth to ensure seamless operations. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage and oversee manufacturing projects Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design tasks Implement LEAN principles in manufacturing processes Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Analyze and improve production efficiency Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks Experience with pivot tables and PowerPoint Nice to Have Skills & Experience LEAN Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) Experience in waste reduction and efficiency improvement 401k plan Flexible spending account Bi-weekly salary payments Other Information Pre-employment screening includes drug and alcohol testing Background and employment/education verification required Physical examination provided by the company Our client is unable to provide sponsorship at this time If you are interested in learning more about the Manufacturing Engineer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
