• Patient Volume/Census: 10–15 patients per day

• Case Mix: Trauma ICU and general trauma cases
FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 269 beds
• Trauma Level: Level I
• EMR System: Cerner
• Office Equipment Available: Standard trauma and surgical equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Trauma surgeons (dual boarded critical care)
• Support Staff Available: Inpatient trauma team

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: TBD
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Trauma patient management
• Critical care support
• Surgical assist duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active AZ license required
• Board: Board Certified NP or PA
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ATLS required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years trauma or acute care experience required
• Other Qualifications: xywuqvp Acute Care APP experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide trauma coverage in inpatient hospital setting
• Manage critically ill trauma patients
• Collaborate with trauma surgeons and care teams
• Perform procedures and assist in surgical care
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient management
