You will guide daily field operations, mentor dedicated crews, and deliver exceptional electrical solutions for a family-owned company that treats you like family. This role empowers you to sharpen your technical and leadership skills while taking ownership of project quality, safety, and productivity.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact\n\n Lead, delegate, and inspect daily field installations to guarantee strict compliance with NEC and company standards.\n Coordinate work schedules, material orders, and equipment rentals with Project Managers and site General Contractors.\n Maintain comprehensive project documentation including JSA records, sign-in sheets, look-ahead schedules, and voltage reports.\n Enforce jobsite safety protocols, conduct daily briefings, and execute stop-work authority when mitigating risks.\n Oversee material staging, layout raceways, and secure tool storage to maintain site efficiency and prevent theft.\n Review blueprints and submittals to resolve technical discrepancies proactively through the RFI process.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\n Minimum 7+ years of experience\n Drivers License\n Reliable transportation\n Active Journeyman Electrician license.\n Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and commercial wiring methods.\n Proven ability to lead crews, layout raceways, and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules.\n Proficiency in basic digital tools including email correspondence and Microsoft Excel.\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience\n\n 7 or more years of hands-on commercial electrical and controls field experience.\n Formal OSHA safety, fall protection, or lift operator certifications.\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n Competitive hourly pay rate of $43.00 to $50.00 per hour with overtime potential.\n Weekly pay cycle\n Performance-based bonus opportunities.\n 401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.\n Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage options.\n Life and disability insurance options.\n Full paid time off benefits covering holidays and vacation.\n Paid training programs, apprenticeship pathways, and mentor support.\n Tech package including a company-provided laptop.\n $300 Auto allowance, gas card included, and $35 Cellphone allowance.\n Safety equipment provided (hardhats, gloves, etc.)\n Per diem for travel projects.
