For more information, visit us at Job Description Base Pay: $16 per hour 2-2-3 Work Schedule DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Extrusion Operators visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards. Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels Associate maintains paperwork as required Performs online quality inspections Operates packaging equipment Associate visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels Associate maintains paperwork as required Performs online quality inspections Operates packaging equipment Qualifications Must be able to read a tape measure Related machine operation experience Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift Basic Math skills Ability to read English and quality test product Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to understand and follow safety polices. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check No experience required.
