Salary: $139,764 - 287,749 per year Requirements:

• We need strong Python development skills, including the ability to write and review production-quality code.

• Adtech or CTV experience is preferred.
• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, statistics, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with large-scale data tools such as Scala, Apache Spark, Apache Beam, and AWS Athena is a plus.
• We want someone who can use AI to improve speed and quality in their workflow for relevant outputs.
• We expect strong judgment in evaluating AI-assisted work through testing, source verification, data validation, and peer review.
• We need high integrity and a strong sense of ownership, including careful handling of sensitive data and accountability for final decisions and deliverables.

• We write production code in Python.
• We design, launch, and analyze experiments to improve ad campaign performance.
• We build reporting and analytics tools for our Data Science teams customers.
• We turn reporting insights into improvements for our Data Science product.
• We own analytics projects from initial concept through completion.
• We translate data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
