You’ll partner directly with Directors of Nursing and Administrators—not just advising, but driving the improvement work. This is a high-impact role for someone who has led at the DON level and is ready to operate across a portfolio.What You’ll OwnClinical operations oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilitiesRegulatory compliance — federal, state, local — including infection control and incident managementQuality improvement — building and tracking performance metrics that move the needleMentorship and development of DONs and clinical staff at each siteRegular site audits and inspections with clear, actionable findingsWhat We’re Looking ForREQUIRED Active California RN license 3+ years as DON in a skilled nursing facility Based in or relocating to Northern California PREFERRED 1+ year in a multi-facility or regional clinical role Proven track record in QI and regulatory compliance across multiple sitesWhy KalestaYou’ll have real authority and real scope.
