The Retail Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of retail operations. This position involves overseeing daily activities to ensure a smooth and efficient operation while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide store staff to ensure high performance
• Monitor sales activities to meet or exceed targets
• Manage inventory levels and control stock accuracy
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge
• Handle cash transactions and maintain financial accuracy
• Oversee merchandising displays to attract customers
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage
