Utilizes available systems both manual and electronic to manage the workflow relative to Patient Transportation and Environmental Services through work order assignment and follow up on all applicable requests. Performs standard and advanced clerical duties using extensive knowledge of department policies and procedures and a high level of technical skills, this includes, but is not limited to running performance reports, processing billing, maintaining department communications.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAssociates Degree, or the equivalent in a combination of education and relevant experienceThree to five years’ experience in fast-paced office support functionsExcellent communication (verbal and written) skills.Professional demeanor and excellent customer relations skills in a stressful environment.Ability to handle issues with tact and confidentiality.Ability to problem solve and handle patient and staff information with tact and confidentialityExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Preferred QualificationsAssociates’ degree.Experience in Transportation and/or Environmental services operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Truman Medical Centers
