El Asociado de Mantenimiento en la Escuela Charter Sugar Creek apoyará la operación física realizando mantenimiento, reparaciones y cuidado en todos los edificios, instalaciones y terrenos del campus. El candidato ideal es proactivo, confiable y toma la iniciativa para mantener un alto estándar de excelencia operativa. Responsabilidades Apoyar la operación física mediante mantenimiento, reparaciones y cuidado continuo en todas las instalaciones del campus. Documentar los registros de mantenimiento y reparaciones de manera precisa y oportuna. Requisitos y habilidades Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en mantenimiento general, limpieza o trabajo en oficios. Sólido conocimiento práctico de los sistemas de construcción (HVAC, fontanería, electricidad, etc.). Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable. Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras, subir escaleras, operar maquinaria y trabajar en condiciones al aire libre. Conocimientos básicos de informática para registrar solicitudes o actualizaciones de mantenimiento. Fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo, organización y comunicación.
