Location: Sidney, OH

Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Built-In Overtime)

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Shift Differential + OT

What You’ll Do

• Operate tube press, forming, and bending equipment in a production environment

• Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles for quality and consistency

• Support tube forming, shaping, and fabrication processes

• Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with changeovers (training provided)

• Inspect finished tube components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Ensure parts meet aerospace quality and dimensional standards

• Follow all safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements

• Maintain production documentation and quality records

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work extended shifts and overtime as needed

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Experience in tube bending, press operations, or metal forming

• Aerospace or precision manufacturing background

• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection practices
