MUST reside in Northern Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, Everett or Bellingham.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning their territory strategy, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping patients gain access to chronic and IVIG therapies.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with clinics, physicians, payors, and key healthcare partners
  • Drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout an assigned territory
  • Partner closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, reimbursement, and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Develop territory growth strategies focused on expanding market share and increasing revenue performance
  • Support sales initiatives through provider education, presentations, meetings, and in-services
  • Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, reporting, and territory activity updates
  • Stay informed on disease states, specialty therapies, reimbursement trends, and payer dynamics
  • Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused culture centered around service and access

What You Bring

  • Experience in business development, healthcare sales, or relationship management
  • Background in infusion, specialty pharmacy, or a related healthcare environment preferred
  • Understanding of reimbursement and payer processes is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing a fast-paced territory
  • Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated personality with a passion for patient care and customer experience
