About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for its Corporate Services division. The CTO will be a key leader in the technology-driven business, responsible for establishing and overseeing the technology strategy and roadmap. This role involves managing a team of technology professionals, with a focus on software development and technology operations, and is pivotal in driving the ambitious growth and transformation of the division. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Head of Product to ensure the timely development and release of new SaaS products, and to provide accurate and current information on technology strategy to assist with decision-making at the group level. Candidates for the CTO position should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of management experience in a technology organization, including 5-10 years' in a senior or C-level role. In-depth technical knowledge and a proven track record in IT management are essential, as is experience in scaling a technology organization and leadership in B2B SaaS applications. The role requires a leader with the ability to translate IT strategy into concrete roadmaps, a strong focus on client satisfaction, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The CTO will be expected to embody the company's values of unity, integrity, agility, energy, and accountability, and to contribute to the success of the Corporate Services division within the broader group.
