Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Summary

Performs basic assembly operations under close supervision by following standard work instructions while focusing on safety, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components per work instructions

• Perform basic inspections

• Complete documentation

• Follow safety and quality guidelines

Qualifications

• No prior assembly experience required

• Ability to use basic hand tools

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
