Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting within a Level I Trauma Center
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, triage, and prioritization of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective emergency care
• Document patient information, assessments, and care accurately in the electronic health record
• Respond to critical and rapidly changing patient conditions with clinical competency and composure

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license, verified within the last 30 days and with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or large acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity, high-volume emergency department workflows
