Personal Banker

Job Overview WSFS Bank’s Personal Banker role empowers Associates to grow careers, guide customers to secure their financial futures, and support the community. Personal Bankers provide products and services to enhance customer relationships, conduct account openings, submit loan applications, and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers through in-person interactions and outbound calling. Open new accounts and process loan applications. Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests. Recommend and promote the Bank’s digital banking services. Assist customers with teller transactions and process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner. Participate in a 4-6 month training program covering transaction processing, referral techniques, customer service, and relationship building. Use multiple banking and software programs. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of face-to-face customer service experience. Previous cash-handling and retail sales experience (preferred). Prior sales experience is required. Proven ability to work with customers enthusiastically and with attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to market bank products and services. Prior banking experience of one year is preferred. Schedule & Working Hours Full-time 40-hour/week. Flexible rotating weekly schedule with 2-3 Saturdays per month. Typical hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-6 PM, Saturday 9 AM-1 PM. Schedule may change based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $37,440 – $52,800. Base pay may vary by experience, job-related skills, education, geographic location, and other factors. Additional incentive and retention awards may be offered.
