REO Premarketing HOA Coordinator

The REO Premarketing HOA Coordinator coordinates pre-marketing activities for REO assets, with a strong focus on HOA negotiation and resolution, asset preservation, and vendor oversight, ensuring client SLAs are met. Responsibilities Research, negotiate, and resolve HOA dues, assessments, fines, and liens — obtaining statements, payoff/estoppel figures, and settling balances in the client's best interest. Communicate and negotiate directly with HOA boards, management companies, and attorneys to reduce or waive fees and resolve disputes prior to sale. Review assets in Equator, ensuring task completion, quality workmanship, and timeliness. Research, negotiate, and pay property taxes on REO properties. Manage code enforcement/violation review and remediation. Handle escalations, vendor communications, and daily reporting to maintain pipeline data integrity. Required Education and Experience 1 to 2 years of REO industry experience. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with HOAs, management companies, and municipalities to resolve dues, fines, and liens efficiently and cost-effectively. Knowledge of Equator preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. High degree of organization. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the written and spoken word, communicating with others accurately.
