We specialize in transforming spaces with stylish, functional, and personalized solutions. Our goal is to help our clients maximize their space and elevate their home organization with beautifully crafted closets and systems. We are looking for a talented, customer-focused Closet Designer who shares our passion for helping people and designing creative spaces. Job Description As a Closet Designer, you will work directly with our clients at their homes, to create customized closet and organization solutions that reflect their needs, style, and space. You will play a key role in delivering personalized designs that maximize functionality while maintaining an upscale, luxurious aesthetic. This is a commission based contract-to-hire (1099) role located in the Spring/Cypress area. Top performers earn more than $100K/year. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with clients to understand their space, needs, preferences, and budget. Provide professional guidance and recommendations on layout, materials, and organization solutions. Create detailed, custom closet and organization designs, making adjustments as needed based on client feedback. Support sales efforts by providing visual presentations during design session with client. Present proposals and price estimates to clients and collect payments for approved closet purchases. Maintain a strong focus on both design aesthetics and practical functionality. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Stay current with the latest trends in interior design, storage solutions, and materials. Maintain positive relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service throughout the design process. Qualifications Experience with in-home sales or client relationship management. Proficiency with basic computer skills, including web-based applications and MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse clients. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of current design trends and space optimization strategies. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in closet design, interior design, or space planning (experience in custom closets is a plus). Familiarity with the construction or custom cabinetry.
