Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.
