Industrial Hygienist

Industrial Hygienist – Knoxville, TN We are currently seeking a full‑time Industrial Hygienist for our Knoxville, TN office. This role involves working on diverse projects for a variety of clients across the globe. Responsibilities Perform industrial hygiene and occupational health assessments, including air contaminants, noise, heat stress, indoor air quality (IAQ), mold, asbestos, lead, silica, and other exposure surveys across industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, and pulp and paper. Communicate professionally with workplace employees and management; calibrate, deploy, and retrieve industrial hygiene sampling pumps and monitoring equipment; accurately document daily field activities and sampling data; and work collaboratively with a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Project Manager (PM) to execute industrial hygiene and health and safety project risks. Analyze data, prepare data tables, reports, and figures promptly. Travel throughout the continental U.S. as required by client/project needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications B.S. degree with a focus on Industrial Hygiene (ABET accredited highly preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and dependability. Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively. Commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Analytical thinking, initiative, and accountability.
