We can't wait to meet you and have you become part of our family!Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of automotive body repairs, including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening.Diagnose and troubleshoot body and frame issues to determine the most efficient and effective repair methods while following the manufacturers repair procedures.Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate and precise repairs.Follow established repair procedures and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of quality.Keep accurate records of repair procedures for the job performed.Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, including estimators, customer service representatives, and painters, to provide outstanding customer service.Requirements:Proven experience as a body shop technician, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Proficient in automotive body repair techniques and skilled in using industry-standard tools and equipment.Extensive knowledge of different vehicle makes and models, with a strong understanding of automotive anatomy and structureSolid understanding of collision repair processes, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex body issues.Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to interact with team members.
