FP&A Analyst

About the role Wallapop is a Barcelona-based scale-up focused on making second-hand consumption the standard through a connected trade ecosystem. We are looking for an analyst to join our finance team to manage financial planning, reporting, and business analysis. Key facts Location: Barcelona Engagement: Mostly remote with 4+ days per month in the office Team: Finance What you'll do Participate in month-end closing by reviewing expense accruals and deferred expenses. Monitor KPIs across the P&L, balance sheet, and headcount to identify variances and business risks. Develop and maintain financial dashboards for leadership and department heads. Provide financial modeling and analytical support for budgeting and forecasting. Conduct ad-hoc analysis for revenue growth, international expansion, and team projects. Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial data and actionable recommendations. Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance. Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. A process-oriented mindset focused on workflow optimization and automation. Nice to have Experience with NetSuite or specialized planning and forecasting software. Ability to create presentation decks for executive audiences. Background in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.
