TransPerfect has global headquarters in New York, with regional headquarters in London and Hong Kong.What You Will Be Doing:The Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of legal document review projects and be ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of all projects. Builds and grows relationships with clients, learning each client’s specifications and advising on best practices when appropriate. Identifies potential project problem areas and solves those problems before and as they arrive. Responsible for training and developing team and maintaining profitability of team. Contributes to improving internal processes and external offerings.Responsible for the execution of legal document review projects for VIP clients and complex casesOversee full life cycle of projects according to client parametersTrack delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scopeCommunicate with clients and proactively offer solutions to improve their workflow through the life cycle of a caseBe available to answer client questions about Relativity and perform various administrative functions of the application(s) to meet clients’ needsMonitor multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are metWork closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the clientServe as a liaison between the production staff, and the client during the life cycle of a projectDevelop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of actionEnsure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are metAttend client meetings with sales teams to assist in closing deals and maintain client relationshipsTrain and develop project managers and project coordinators on teamBalance workload of team to maximize profitability while maintaining qualityContribute to developing training material and to improving internal processes and external offeringsPerform other special projects or duties when requiredWho We Are Looking For:Your experience includes:Willingness to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions to solve problems while driving client successComfortable with hybrid-office/remoteBachelor’s or JD Degree or relevant equivalent experienceExperience Managing Document Review ProjectsMinimum 2 years of eDiscovery project management experience preferredExperience with Relativity is highly preferred; RCA or RCU is a plusWorking knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Access required Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must be a high-level problem solver and have high multi-tasking skills Business-oriented with a record of leadershipDesired Skills and ExperienceActively licensed to practice lawWhere Your Career is Going:At TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities.
