This is an associate to hire opportunity.Sanitation Tech Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) guidelines are adhered toWash all plant equipment as requiredSafety equipment is needed to perform a specific job task and what chemicals are used to clean withFollow all aspects of the Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) program; know where the MSDS is located and how to read them.Maintain a sanitary work environment inside and outCommunicate with other departments to prioritize the sanitation scheduleCollect cardboard, trash, plastic, and wastewaterWork in a team environment to decrease production downtimeMaintain a safe work environment for the team and notify the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of any equipment or personnel safety issuesEnsure that all finished goods are properly labeled and staged for shippingMaintain an accurate and detailed operator's logSanitation Tech Requirements:- High school diploma or GEDAbility to communicate and understand verbal directions effectively and efficiently in the English language, both verbal and writtenBasic math and computer skills desirableMust be able to stand for 12 hoursMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsIND138 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
