Annual Pay: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Remote LCSW Therapist , you will provide structured, client-centered therapy to individuals receiving care through telehealth. Your work will include clinical interviews, ongoing therapy sessions, treatment planning, and documentation that supports quality care.

The day-to-day work centers on helping clients better understand their symptoms, build coping tools, work through barriers, and stay engaged in treatment. This is a direct clinical role for someone who values steady client interaction, organized care, and professional independence.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients using secure video-based care
Evaluate client concerns, symptoms, risk factors, and treatment needs
Build individualized care plans with measurable clinical goals
Use evidence-informed therapy approaches based on client presentation
Document each session clearly and within required timeframes
Identify changes in client needs and update treatment direction as needed
Provide crisis support within the scope of outpatient telehealth care
Keep all client records private, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA standards

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Indiana
Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment
Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements
