What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and enthusiasm
• Engage guests by asking thoughtful questions and offering personalized recommendations
• Become knowledgeable in our handcrafted spice blends, teas, oils, and gourmet products
• Help build beautiful merchandising displays in a brand-new store environment
• Assist with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Work collaboratively to establish strong team culture and high service standards from day one

What We're Looking For

• A passion for food, flavor, and hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a confident, positive presence
• A team player who is coachable, dependable, and eager to grow
• Comfort using basic technology and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Comfort working in a highly aromatic environment
