Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) at CHI Williston Health, you will provide high‑quality, physician‑ordered respiratory care to patients across all age groups with cardiopulmonary conditions. Your responsibility is to promote health, facilitate recovery, and improve overall well‑being. Key Responsibilities Perform a full spectrum of basic and intensive respiratory therapies, including aerosol therapy, oxygen administration, mechanical ventilation management, and airway management. Act as a physician extender to assess, manage, and treat patients with various cardiopulmonary conditions. Educate patients and families about conditions, disease management, and equipment use. Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient transitions of care. Participate in rapid response teams, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements Graduate of an accredited/AMA‑certified School of Respiratory Therapy (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
