About the Position

Job Title: Ultrasound Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: General Ultrasound Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience required - Previous charge experience preferred - Trauma Level II experience preferred - Travel experience preferred License: - License in hand required Certifications: - ARDMS - ARDMS AB - ARDMS OB/GYN - ARDMS RVT - ARRT S - BLS Must-Have: - COVID-19 vaccine required - Flu vaccine required Description: Ultrasound Technician needed to cover inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts with call responsibilities. On-call availability required Friday through Sunday from 7 PM to 7 AM each weekend. Daily patient census is approximately 15 with 2 rooms available. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, phlebotomy, and pharmacy. Experience with a variety of ultrasound procedures is essential. Applicant must be able to work with diverse patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
