Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Columbia, SC (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months with Extension

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and support business analysis and process improvement.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience with moderate to high complexity.

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.

  • Minimum 5 years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, and delivery.

  • Manage project scope, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, SMEs, and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and process analysis.

  • Document business, functional, nonfunctional, and user-story requirements.

  • Define current-state and future-state processes and workflows.

  • Support solution evaluation and implementation planning.

  • Coordinate UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch activities.

  • Develop communication and change management plans.

  • Prepare project schedules, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and decision documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Enterprise IT program or project management experience.

  • Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.

  • Experience with UAT and implementation activities.

  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
