Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN for a Case Management role in Kansas City, MO. This is a travel assignment requiring expertise in acute care discharge planning and experience with documentation systems like Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky. As part of the team, you will work in a supportive environment alongside RNs, SWs, and CMAs.
