Location. Our LPNs are based at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, located at 6121 Montrose Road in Rockville, Maryland, the largest nursing home in the mid‑Atlantic region. The primary purpose of an LPN is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Shifts & Status.
