Bring experience as a Team Lead or similar role Oversee the daily performance of the team to ensure consistent productivity Foster a supportive, motivating, and growth-minded work environment Guide, mentor, and train team members to ensure development and retention Ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on schedule Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Monitor individual and team performance, providing timely feedback Support advisors and cross-functional teams by clearing roadblocks and bottlenecks and ensuring operational flow
