Health Information Management (HIM) Manager

- Release of Information (ROI)
- Document imaging & record completion
- Physician deficiency tracking
- Data integrity & regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in HIM, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HIM experience
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in HIM operations
- Strong acute care hospital HIM experience preferred
- Proven experience with ROI, imaging/scanning, record completion, and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational results
- RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) or
- RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) - AHIMA certified
